This set contains a pair of walkie-talkies and badges. Pressing the walkie-talkie's button results in hearing one of the character's phrases (my batteries are already dead, so I don't know which ones).
I think the highlight of this set though are the (set of 32) "Junior ZPD Officer" gold foil stickers - worn by Finnick on his Elephant suit which he slapped on Nick's chest later on when Judy hustled him! To my knowledge there was no other way to get those stickers instead.

Until I read your description I was wondering why there was a "try me" feature on the walkie talkies. Here I was thinking they were trying to destroy children's hearing.
