Well, what I can say about it? It's Uno! Just, of course, with Zootopia themed characters on the card.
It's somehow kinda rare to find. Since it's Zoomania this is a German (only) release, but even on German sites (plus eBay) I can't find any of those availble.
Jetzt pop up here and there sometimes, but only once in a while.
Probably not a licenced product.

Gosh, this IS rare. Do you have any pictures of the cards? I don't think they're detailed anywhere else.
